From start to finish your team made us feel not only valued but that we were a real priority. You provided a fair assessment of our home’s value upfront and identified core issues that we could address at reasonable expense to improve the curb appeal and saleability. Also and importantly, you demonstrated excellent closing skills to get the deal done so quickly from the time of offer and with minimal cost and strain on our part associated with the invariable checklist of inspection items. Thus, despite a deteriorating market, due to your knowledge, skills and extraordinary teamwork, you delivered a result that was very close to what we discussed prior to signing on. In other words you expertly managed our expectations and delivered (and we are not the easiest bunch to please!)
I severely doubt that many competing organizations in your field are anywhere near as competent and candid as your team and we would enthusiastically work with you again and unreservedly recommend Lefferdink and Associates to anyone selling or buying.
